Ocean City Announces New Dates for 2025 Annual Event. Ocean City, Maryland – (September 18, 2024): The Town of Ocean City and its Special Events Division have announced a date change for Springfest. The four-day festival, which is celebrating its 34th anniversary in 2025, is traditionally held in the first week of May. Ocean City St. Patrick’s Day Parade | March 15, 2025.
